Regional Director (QLD) - Quantum or Delay
Due to our continued expansion in Australia, we require a Regional Director for Queensland (Quantum or Delay) to further develop our expert witness and claims consultancy team based in our recently established and centrally located Eagle Street Brisbane office.
The role includes acting as Expert or Lead Assistant (Quantum or Delay) working on significant disputes across the region and analysing documents and preparing reports at an expert level for Arbitration and Litigation proceedings.
The work shall also include producing and assessing claims on large building and infrastructure projects and / or mining and oil & gas projects.
The Regional Director (QLD) will be responsible for the development of the recently established office in Brisbane providing professional services to the construction industry within both the local and wider geographical area.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Experience working as either Quantum or Delay Expert or Lead Assistant level
- 15 years+ experience working in construction on major infrastructure, building, mining and oil & gas projects in Australia preferred.
- Cross examination experience as an expert witness in arbitration and/or litigation also preferred but not essential.
Qualifications/Educational Requirements
Professionally qualified to an appropriate level with a recognised construction institution.
