Amey Rail Type C Projects, UK

From June 2009 to May 2010 we were requested to provide temporary commercial management support to the SMWFA Type C projects. This included developing the commercial awareness of the existing four man team while ensuring the commercial reporting and contract commercial requirements were met on an annual turnover of approx. £10m spread over up to 20 projects.
