- Instructed by UK based law firm to act as Quantum Expert in respect of the negligent design of the mechanical works at a large residential development in central London on behalf of a large UK based Contractor.
- Instructed by international law firm to act as Quantum Expert in respect of the negligent design and construction of the district heating network at a residential project at a University on behalf of a large UK based Contractor.
- Prepared claims and represented tier 1 main contractor in adjudication proceedings in respect of a dispute concerning delays and associated quantum at a high end residential project in west London.

Jon began his career at a large multinational cost consultant before moving to a specialist dispute resolution consultancy where he gained his Masters in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution from King’s College, London. Jon went on to be the founder and Managing Director of Manor Consultants and is now working at DGA Group. Here he continues to prepare and interrogate claims for time and money as well as working as a Quantum Expert Witness
