Richard is a highly experienced planning and programme management professional.
He has over 30 years of project and consulting experience, gained in various aspects of construction, including buildings, transportation and civil engineering. He has been involved in a wide variety of projects including office and residential buildings, retail units, hotels, hospitals, underground railways, roads, tunnels, marine works, airports, industrial and process facilities, mechanical and electrical installations.
Richard has often been appointed as assistant to the Delay Expert on a broad range of projects including some high profile disputes in both the UK and overseas. Richard has also undertaken numerous expert witness appointments on delay issues on building projects in the UK, including the preparation of expert reports for adjudication, proceedings and in dispute resolution negotiations.
He has experience encompassing planning and programming, programme and project management, as well as claims production, delay analysis, expert witness and dispute resolution.
His professional background, his “hands-on” project delivery experience and his involvement in a variety of dispute resolution forums makes him a highly capable and skilled planning and programming professional.
