Construction Delay Analyst, Sinagpore

As a Construction Delay Analyst at DGA, you will play a crucial role in providing clients with effective claims advice through comprehensive forensic examination and analysis of project information and data. This includes gathering relevant documents, conducting detailed analysis, and utilizing practical experience to assess and resolve construction disputes. Responsibilities:

  • Gather relevant documents and data related to construction disputes.
  • Utilise planning software such as Primavera P6 to generate reports.
  • Analyze raw data on delay issues and transform it into a structured format using MS Excel for further analysis.
  • Conduct meticulous scrutiny of the program of works to identify irregularities and causes of negligence leading to delays.
  • Participate in strategy meetings to determine the required data and documentation for appropriate delay analysis.
  • Work closely and assist the Associate Director (Delay and Disruption).

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction or civil engineering, or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience in the construction industry as an engineer, project manager, or construction planner, with hands-on project planning experience.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel, including formula usage in MS Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Excellent analytical and planning abilities, with a capacity for innovative thinking.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, demonstrating a diligent and conscientious attitude.
  • Strong team player.
