Dominic is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Director at DGA. He is a Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He is also a member of King’s College Construction Law Association and Society of Construction Law.
Dominic is an Executive Management Board Director and is responsible for the delivery of conflict avoidance and dispute resolution services in the UK.
Dominic has extensive live project experience of building, civil engineering, rail and industrial projects in the UK and internationally, which was gained by working for major contracting organisations and consultancies.
He is regularly appointed as an independent expert witness in the field of quantum (damages) on construction and engineering matters in mediation, adjudication and arbitration. Dominic has also been appointed as Joint Single Expert.
Dominic has an extensive understanding of standard forms of contract (including NEC2, NEC3, NEC4, JCT, FIDIC, PPC, ICE and ICC), and often provides training on their use.
