Jon is a professional Quantity Surveyor and Quantum Expert Witness. He has extensive experience, for both the contractor and the employer, in the management of cost in construction projects and in the preparation and defence of claims for both time and quantum. Jon also prepares and compiles Expert Witness reports and oversees adjudications on behalf of parties in dispute.
Jon began his career at a large international cost consultant, then moved on to a specialist dispute resolution consultancy gaining his Masters in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution from King’s College London. He represented construction companies in disputes about time and money and also provided assistance to senior staff in respect of their Expert Witness appointments.
Jon became the founder and Managing Director of Manor Consultants in 2015 and is now working at DGA Group. He continues to prepare and interrogate claims for time and money as well as working as a Quantum Expert Witness.
