Matt is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Chartered Institute of Builders and has a BSc in Construction Management and an MSc in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution. He is a member of King’s College Construction Law Association and the Society of Construction Law.
Before joining DGA, Matt co-founded Chronos Consult with Tim Marlow, a boutique business specialising in all time-related matters and Expert Witness work. The DGA Group acquired Chronos in May 2023.
Matt has extensive knowledge of the construction industry. He specialises in delay analysis and has experience in the preparation and defence of construction-related disputes. He is regularly appointed to act as a delay expert.
Since joining DGA, he has become an Executive Management Board Director responsible for the delay and planning services in the UK and Europe.
