Tim is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and the Chartered Institute of Builders and has an MSc in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution. He is a King’s College Construction Law Association member and the Society of Construction Law.
Before joining DGA, Tim co-founded Chronos Consult with Matt Lindsay, a boutique business specialising in all time-related matters and Expert Witness work. The DGA Group acquired Chronos in May 2023.
Tim has extensive knowledge of the construction industry. He specialises in delay analysis and has experience in the preparation and defence of construction-related disputes. He is regularly appointed as a delay expert and has testified in arbitration.
Since joining DGA, he has become a Director responsible for the delay and planning services in the UK and Europe
